Seven Lodges & Three Converted Barns on a Working Yorkshire Farm Set in Parklands of Five Acres
Three of the properties are beautiful barn conversions, carefully thought out and designed in 2010/11. The main building, now made into two properties, has brick work and beams dating back to 1780 which have been incorporated to give a stunning impression as you enter the buildings.
The smaller property is reputed to have been built of the stone from a barn prior to the building of the 1780 version and is cosy and welcoming. All three have en suite bathrooms and their own gardens planned to give as much privacy as possible.
The first of the six lodges, genuine round log cabins, arrived as logs on a lorry from Estonia in 2011 and were erected on a peaceful site close to a canal. The cabins, cosy, comfortable and welcoming are well equipped and each one has its own secure deck with a private hot tub for extra relaxation.

The Hayloft - Sleeps 6 in 3 Bedrooms
The Hayloft offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people.
A beautiful Barn conversion, original building is approximately 275 years old, with stunning original beams, exposed brickwork and rafters.
You can also enjoy a private dog friendly mature garden which is secure, with a patio and garden furniture. This holiday cottage has 2 gardens, on either side of the property. With ground source heating underfloor heating throughout the downstairs and a log burner the building is always warm.
There is also free wifi. This property is joined to The Forge so can also be booked together to offer a 5 bedroom property for larger
family get-togethers
The Forge - Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms
The Forge offers 2 en-suite bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 4 people all on one floor.
A beautiful Barn conversion, original building is approximately 275 years old, with stunning original beams, exposed brickwork and rafters.
You can also enjoy the private dog friendly gardens to the front and rear of the cottage which is secure with a patio and garden furniture. This holiday cottage has 2 gardens, one either side of the property. With ground source heating underfloor heating throughout the downstairs and a log burner to always keep you warm.
There is also free wifi and a private hot tub. This property is joined to The Hayloft so can also be booked together to offer a 5 bedroom property for larger family get-togethers.
Stables Cottage - Sleeps 5 in 2 Ensuite Bedrooms
Stables Cottage sleeps up to 5 in 2 en-suite bedrooms all on the ground floor.
There is free wifi and an enclosed large mature garden, which is also secure for pets .
This is a lovely cosy holiday cottage with central heating and beautiful exposed beams.

These lodges sleep a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms. These wonderful Nordic log cabins are constructed from individual logs by our experienced team of craftsmen.
They each have renewable underfloor heating, private hot tub, there has been a great deal of thought given to planting to ensure each lodge has privacy.
The lodges are on a single floor with no steps so are accessible. There is also free WIFI.
Quail & MallardSleep 6 in 3 Bedrooms
Quail and Mallard sleep a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
These wonderful Nordic log cabins are constructed from individual logs by our experienced team of craftsmen.
They each have renewable underfloor heating, private hot tub, there has been a great deal of thought given to planting to ensure each lodge has privacy.

This holiday lodge has an accessible kitchen and extra wide doors for the front door, bathroom and twin bedroom.

The bathroom is a wet room, on request we can supply additional mobility equipment, please ask for further details.

This bespoke, environmentally friendly Escape Pod, handcrafted in the north of England offers you a unique accommodation experience.
Suitable for all seasons with log burner and bifold doors to bring the outside in. We have created a large glass-fronted decking area with sunken hot tub for two and BBQ for you to relax and enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of our rural site.
